Wilma McQueen, Walltown, KY (1928-2013)

She was a native of Lincoln County, KY, and a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, at the time of her death.She was a homemaker and member of the Walltown Christian Church. She was the widow of Russell McQueen and formerly of the Kings Mountain community. She leaves three direct living descendants

Wilma McQueen passed away Sunday January 6, 2013 at her home in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was 84.

Funeral services will be at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday January 10, 2013 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Steve Willingham officiating. Burial will be at KP Hall Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday from 9amCT/10amET until service.



Wilma McQueen, Walltown, KY (1928-2013)

Born Sunday, January 29, 1928 in Lincoln County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Manford and Lina Campbell Carman. She died Sunday, January 6, 2013, in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, KY, at the age of 84 years, 11 months, and 8 days.

She was a homemaker and member of the Walltown Christian Church.

She was the widow of Russell McQueen and formerly of the Kings Mountain community.

Survivors include the following:
  • Grandson: Robert "Bobby" (Lisa) McQueen of Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Two great grandchildren: Madison and Kaitlyn McQueen

  • Sister: Pauline Snow of Waynesburg, KY

  • and two nephews: Ronnie and Dennis Snow
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Larry McQueen; grandson, Steve McQueen and sisters, Hazel Gambrel and Shirley Carman.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
