Shirley Ann Miller, 59, of Leach Road, Jamestown, KY, died Monday, December 31, 2012 at the Russell County Hospital ER, Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral services for Shirley Ann Miller will be 2pmCT/3pmET, Friday, January 4, 2012, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with burial in the Rexroat Cemetery. Friends may call after 1pmCT/2pmET, Friday, at the funeral home. Bro Phillip Miller will be the officiating clergy.

She was born Friday, June 26, 1953 in Norwood, Hamilton County, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Bessie (Wells) Hodge. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include here husband, William "Billy" Miller, Jamestown, KY, and the following:
  • Four children: Keith (Rebecca) Hodge; and Melissa Miller, Dusty Miller, Carrie Miller all of Jamestown, KY


  • Six grandchildren: Arlissa, Rayann, Isiah, Malachi, Kaleigh, and Maria

  • One sister: Cathy Gambrell, Russell Springs, KY.
