Patricia Wilbert, Adair County, KY (1942-2012)

She was a native of Jefferson County, KY, and the matriarch of a large, highly regarded Adair County, KY, family with many strong family ties in Jefferson County, KY, and elsewhere. She is survived by her husand, Don Wilbert, of Columbia, KY. She leaves 33 direct living descendants. She was a member of South Louisville Christian Church and a retired sales clerk for Stewart’s department store

Patricia Wilbert, 70, of Columbia, KY, formerly of Louisville, died Saturday, December 22, 2012 at her residence.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 28, 2012 at 1pmCT/2pmET at the First Christian Church, 317 Fairlane Drive (Map, Mount Washington, KY, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Visitation will be with the family at the church after the service. Cremation has been chosen by the family.



Patricia Wilbert, Adair County, KY (1942-2012)

She was born Tuesday, April 7, 1942, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Harry Allan Shea. She died Saturday, December 22, 2012 in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 8 months, and 15 days.

She was a member of South Louisville Christian Church and a retired sales clerk for Stewart’s department store.

She is survived by:
  • Her mother: Dorothy Rose Heil Hughes of Sacramento, CA

  • Her husband: Don Wilbert of Columbia, KY

  • Seven children: William "Bill" Howell and Shannon L. Howell both of Louisville, Denny (Mary) Wilbert of Celina, TN; Cathy (Cliff) Buechel of Louisville, KY; Jeff (Janet) Wilbert and Tim Wilbert all of Milam, TN; and Jason (Peggy) Wilbert of Lawrenceburg, KY

  • Her step mother: Harriet "Rae" Shae of Louisville, KY

  • Four half brothers: Rick, Rob, Allen and Tim

  • Three half sisters: Linda, Nisa and Cindy

  • Eighteen grandchildren

  • Eight great grandchildren
