Iva Pearl Graves age 74 of Burkesville, KY (a resident of Cumberland Valley Manor) passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY.

Funeral services will be Saturday, December 22, 2012 at 2pmCT/3pmET, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with Bro. Tom Watson officiating. Burial will be in the Murley Cemetery. Visitation will be 9amCT/10amET until service time at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.



Iva Pearl Graves, Cumberland Co., KY (1938-2012)


She was born on November 21, 1938 in Cumberland County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Joe Fowler Graves and Willie Rue Hopper Graves. She died Saturday, December 15, 2012, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 74 years, 24 days.

She was a member of Hickory Grove Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Graves, and Malcolm Graves, and one sister, Elsie Thrasher.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her nephew: Steve Groce and his wife Phyllis of Burkesville, KY

  • Great Nieces: Lacey Phillips and her husband J.P. of Franklin, KY and Mandi Walker and her husband Micky of Burkesville, KY

  • Great great nieces: LaRissa Walker and Jacey Kate Walker

  • And a host of other relatives and friends also survive
Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY in charge of funeral arrangements.
