Cafe on the Square offers special Treats on the Town hospitality

Square closed to traffic, parking at 4pmCT, but there's plenty of parking in Municipal Parking lot at S. Reed and E. Fortune Streets - NED REAGIN

We are serving hot chocolate to the trick or treaters and bathrooms are open to the public for this evening's Treats on the Town Halloween extravaganza. The Square in Downtown Columbia, KY, is a great place to be tonight, and the Cafe on the Square, 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY, will be a warm place to duck in out of the cold. We want it to be the usual great evening it always is. - Ned Reagin, for everyone at Cafe on the Square
