A service to celebrate the life of Shelby Mignault will be Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at7pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home , 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Hugh Gannon officiating. Visitation after 3pmCT, Wednesday, October 24, 2012

She was born Sherry Lynn Moore on Monday, December 15, 1969, in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois and was adopted at the age of 19 by Kathryn Mignault. She died Tuesday, October 16, 2012, in Columbia, Adair County, KY at the age of 42 years, 10 months, and 1 day.

She attended Southside Church of Christ and was a former bill collector Survivors include:
  • Her mother : Kathryn Mignault of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Kenneth (Carla) Moore of Chicago, IL

  • One sister - Jennifer (Edward) Dunn of Florida

  • Seven nieces: Kaycee (Ashley) Hicks, Jordain Ash, McKenzie Dunn, Hannah Dunn, Harley H. Dunn, Marilyn and Kimberly Moore

  • Two nephew: Keith (Erica) Moore & Kenny (Nikki) Moore
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Adair County Animal Shelter would be appreciated. These may be made at the funeral home Send a condolence to the family of Shelby Mignault
