Ms. Beulah Elizabeth Sweeney of the Gabe Community of Green County, KY, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, Greensburg, Green County, KY.

The funeral services for Ms. Beulah Elizabeth Sweeney will be conducted at 2pmCT, Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Lane Cemetery. Bro. Randall Gray will be officiating. Visitation is requested after 9amCT, Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home until time of the funeral service.



Pallbearers: Bobby Dennison, Larry Dupps, Chad Dixon, Buck Henderson, Kenneth Dixon, Steve Durrett, Hollis Bale and Billy Henderson.

Honorary pallbearers: Judy Dupps, Lillian Davis, Maybell Berry, Rita Reynolds, Myrna Quisenberry, Christine Judd, Mark Judd, William Henderson, Shirley Durrett, Debbie Henderson, Irene Henderson, Adelle Larimore, Donnie Reynolds, Gary Quisenberry, and Anna Belle Henderson.

Ms. Beulah Elizabeth Sweeney of the Gabe Community of Green County, KY, was the daughter of the late Walter G. Sweeney and Annie Vera Lane Sweeney. She was born June 30, 1937 in Green County, KY and passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Greensburg, Green County, KY. She was 75 years, 3 months and 2 days of age.

Mrs. Sweeney had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Forrest Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She had worked as a Clerk for the ASC office in Green County.

She is survived by the following:
  • A sister and brother in law: Virginia and William Curry of Greensburg, KY

  • Two nieces: Kathy Miller and husband Danny of Georgia and Karen Curry of Greensburg, KY

  • Two great nephews: Bradley Morgan Miller and Darren Blake Miller both of Georgia

  • and a host of other relatives and friends.
