Shelia Cox, 58, of Campbellsville, KY, died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 in Campbellsville, KY.

Funeral services are at 1pmET/12pm noon CT, Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church, 420 North Central Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. Larry Rhodes and Rev. Gary Wagner, with burial in the Feathersburg Church of God Cemetery, in Feathersburg, Adair County, KY. Visitation is 5pm-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT, Friday, October 5, 2012 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY and after 9amET/8amCT, Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Calvary Baptist Church.



Pallbearers: J. R. Burress, Joe Burress, Chuck Childress, Mike Childress, Tony Childress, Jeffrey Cox, Kent Cox, Doug Ford, Steve Ford and Mark O'Neal.

Shelia Cox, Taylor County, KY (1953-2012)

Shelia Cox of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Howard Cox and Ora Mae Herron Cox, was born Wednesday, October 7, 1953, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died Wednesday, October 3, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 58 years, 11 months, and 27 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by the following:
  • One brother and two sisters: Sam Cox of Indiana, Patty Burress and husband, Freddy of Elk Horn, KY; and Doris Childress and husband, Charles of Louisville, KY

  • Two brothers-in-law, James O'Neal of Leitchfield, KY; and Lindsey Ford of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Evelyn O'Neal, Sylvetta Ford and Edith Mae Cox.
