Paula Vanderpool, age 59, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012, at her residence in Stanford, KY.

Funeral services will be at 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, September 9, 2012, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Kevin Jensen officiating. Burial will follow in Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 10amET/9amCT, on Sunday at the funeral home.



Paula Vanderpool, Casey County, KY (1953-2012)


Born March 3, 1953, in Casey County, KY, Paula Vanderpool was a daughter of Louise Haggard Brown Day and the late Ernest Delp. She died Friday, September 7, 2012, in Stanford, Lincoln County, KY at the age of 59 years, 6 months, and 4 days.

She was a Phlebotomist for CMA Medical.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Vanderpool, and the following:
  • Her mother: Louise Haggard Brown (husband, Boyd) Day of Stanford, KY

  • Her son: James Camfilis of Florence, AL

  • Her daughter: Melissa Fuson of Richmond, KY

  • Her brothers: Kevin Brown of Campbellsville, KY; and Richard Brown of Lexington, KY

  • Her sister: Rebecca May of Winchester

  • and one grandchild
She was preceded in death by her step-father, Kenneth Brown and brothers, Roy Keith Brown and Barry Brown.

McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, in charge of arrangements. Send a condolence to the family of Paula Vanderpool.
