A good word for one Spectrum man: Roger Klein

Nicole Bell writes:
I would like to say that I completely agree with everything that you said. More openness is exactly what our hospital needs! When things are hidden away, they are usually bad. No one ever keeps the good things secret.

I do want to say, with regard to Spectrum, that while they as a whole may not have done everything right, there was one person that I felt actually cared about us as employees, and respected those who worked hard.

That was Rodger Klein. He has been the only CEO in my 12 years to actually acknowledge my job performance personally, and thank me for the hard work that I have put into the hospital. For that, I am grateful. I hope that our new CEO brings that same attitude to the table, and Westlake starts to head in the right direction. - Nicole Bell
