Beatrice "Bea" Collins age 74 years of Columbia, KY passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at 12:10pmCT, at Westlake Regional Hospital, Columbia, KY

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 1pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Garnett Hammond the officiating clergy. Interment in Freedom Cemetery, 576 Freedom Church Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation is after 4pmCT Wednesday, July 25, 2012.



Beatrice (Bea) Collins, 74, Adair Co., KY (1937-2012)

She was born Saturday, September 18, 1937 in Adair County, KY She died Tuesday, July 24, 2012, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 74 years, 10 months, and 6 days.

She was the daughter of the late Arlis and Mandy Coomer Price.

She was the widow of Edward Cecil Goodman who preceded her in death May 1983.

Survived by the following:
  • One brother: Ray Price of Columbia, KY

  • Special friend: Neal Rayburn

  • Nieces, nephews

  • aAnd a host of other relatives and friends survive
She was a member of Freedom Separate Baptist Church and retired from Phillip Morris in Louisville, KY.
