Floyd Leon Jessie, 71, Edmonton, KY (d. June 22, 2012) He was a deacon at Grace Union Baptist Church and a retired school bus driver. He was a member of a large, respected Metcalfe County, KY, family. He is survived by 7 direct living descendants. Floyd Leon Jessie age 71 of Edmonton died Friday, June 22, 2012 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY. Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Monday, June 25, 2012, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 54 Chestnut Grove Road, in Adair County. Visitation will be 4:30pm-8pmCT, Sunday, June 24, Sunday and after 9amCT, Monday at the funeral home. He was the son of the late Robert Elmore and Annie Lear Wilson Jessie. He was a deacon at Grace Union Baptist Church and a retired school bus driver. He is survived by his wife, Martha Garmon Jessie of Edmonton, KY, and the following:
