Donald Ray Bardin, 78, Scottsville, KY (d. June 20, 2012)

He was the son of the late Henry Amos Bardin and Alta Coomer Bardin of Adair County and was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Hale. He was a retired general manager of 31W Insulation, a member of Montpelier Christian Church and attended Berean Baptist Church

Donald Ray Bardin, 78 of Scottsville died Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at his residence. The Adair County native was the son of the late Henry Amos Bardin and Alta Coomer Bardin.

Memorial service will be at 4pmCT, Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Hardy & Son Funeral Home Bowling Green Chapel, 3098 Louisville Road, Bowling Green, KY, with visitation from 2pm-4pmCT Saturday.



He was a retired general manager of 31W Insulation, a member of Montpelier Christian Church and attended Berean Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Patsy McDaniel Bardin and the following:
  • A daughter: Kitty Bardin Tonn (Jerry)

  • A son: Eric Bardin (Kim)

  • Five grandchildren: Ericka, Erin and Ellie Bardin, Adam and Sarah Tonn

  • A sister: Betty Bottom

  • And several nieces and nephews
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Berean Baptist Church, 4357 New Glasgow Rd, Scottsville, KY 42164

Hardy & Son Funeral Home, 3098 Louisville Road, Bowling Green, KY in charge of arrangements.
