Murder of Sarah B. Hart: Autopsy indicates strangulation Results show she was 10-11 weeks pregnant. Case turned over to Grand Jury. More charges may be pending. Hart By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Preliminary autopsy results from the Kentucky State Medical Examiner's office indicate that Sarah B. Hart was 10-11 weeks pregnant and died as a result of asphixiation due to strangulation. Additional charges against Christopher W. Allman, who was charged on Wednesday with Hart's murder, may be pursued pending the final autopsy results and presentation of the completed investigation to the Russell County Grand Jury.
