Theresa Schlemmer, 76, Adair Co., KY (d. June 14, 2012) She was a native of St. Louis, MO, a bookkeeper and a teacher. Theresa Schlemmer age 76 of the Keltner-Mell Ridge community of Adair County passed away Thursday June 14, 2012. Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Christ the Healer Catholic Church, 1610 W. Stockton Street, Edmonton, KY, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be from 12pm noon CT, until service time Sunday at the church. She was born in St Louis, MO, the daughter of the late Anton and Alma April Schlemmer. Theresa was a retired bookkeeper and teacher. She is survived by her friend and caregiver Laura Allen and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Christ the Healer Church in her memory. Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, in charge of arrangements.
