Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, May 21, 2012 at 1pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY. Burial will follow in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 5pmCT, Sunday May 19, 2012 until service time on Monday. Mrs. Jewell Florence Flowers, Bow Community, KY (1917-2012) She was born on Wednesday, November 7, 1917 in Cumberland County, KY, the daughter of Marion and Minnie Perkins Flowers. She passed away on Friday May18, 2012 in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY, at the age of 94 years, 6 months, and 11 days. She was a member of Rose of Sharon United Methodist Church and a caregiver. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Mitchell Flowers, Georgie Flowers, and Willie Hershel Flowers; her sisters, Ellie, Gladys, Bessie and Pauline.She is survived by several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews.
