Elean Brown, 84, Hwy 619, Russell Springs, KY, died May 6, 2018, at her home in Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral services will be at 11amCT, Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Gary Wisdom the officiating clergy. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lucenda Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Kerry Baughn, Greg Tucker, Jason Brown, Travis Brown, Jacob Brow, and Damian Lynch.

She was born April 7, 1928, in Russell Co., KY, the daughter of the late Affie Myrtle Bernard Russell and the late Henry Clay Russell. She died May 6, 2018, at her home in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 84 years, 11 months, and 29 days.

She was the widow of the late Harlin Brown.

She is survived by the following:
  • two sons: Michael (Cookie) Brown, Russell Springs, KY; and Ronnie (Peggy) Brown, Frankliin, KY

  • Two daughters: Linda (Sherard) Baughn, Franklin, KY; and Wanda Brown, Richmond, KY

  • Six grandchildren

  • One great grandchild

  • One sister: Addelean Bolin, Russell Springs, KY
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Keith Russell, Jr. Russell, and Kenneth Russell.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God.
