Vernon L. Davis, 75, passed away Wednesday April 25, 2012 at his home in Jacksonville, FL.

Graveside services are 12pm noon ET/11amCT, Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Casey County, KY, with Bro. Chris Murphy officiating followed with burial.

Vernon L. Davis, Casey Co., KY (1936-2012)

Born Saturday, May 23, 1936 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Charlie C. and Nora Caudill Davis. He died Wednesday April 25, 2012 Jacksonville, Duval County, FL, at the age of 75 years, 11 months, 28 days.

He was a Marine veteran.

Survivors include a brother and three sisters.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Road, Liberty, KY.
