Traffic Advisory: Elizabethtown, KY KHD area By Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY Overnight storms hitting just before daybreak, Thursday, April 26, 2012 have KYTC crews working to clear roads of trees and other debris in the KHD Elizabethtown, KY territory. (includes Green, Taylor, CM 7-County area). Heavy rains also washed loose gravel onto some roads.
