Judge Melton calls emergency Fiscal Court meeting

An Emergency Called Meeting of Adair County Fiscal Court pursuant to KRS 61.823 (5) is set for Thursday, April 26, 2012, at 8amCT, in the Adair County Annex Basement, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, by Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton.

As, Judge Executive, I have called this Emergency Meeting, due to the direcircumstances of Westlake Regional Hospital District; and the forthcomingpossible sale of said entity. Due to the time constraint I was not able tofollow KRS 61.823 for Special Meetings; however, I have notified all themedia. - CJE Ann Melton:

  2. Roll Call
  3. Westlake Regional Hospital District
  4. Adjourn
The meeting is open to the public. Because it is an emergency meeting, no other items may be discussed or acted upon.
