Linda Lewis writes of Hoover House, Chance Linda Lewis writes: The Hoover House, located in the Chance community is, on the farm where I live. Our family makes molasses there every fall, and have picnics there throughout the year. Burns's Creek runs right next to it, and it is a great place for the children to hunt crawdads and minnows. There has even been a few softball games played in the pasture across the creek.
