Rebecca Lynn (Beccy) Keith, Adair Co., KY (1977-2012)

She was a member of a large, respected South Adair County, KY, family. She leaves three children and was expecting her first grandchild, She was a member of the Tabor Community Church and a cosmetologist.

Rebecca Lynn "Beccy" Keith, 35, of Columbia, KY, died Saturday, April 14, 2012, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 11amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Hadley officiating. Burial will be in Bardin Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:30pm, Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at the funeral home.



Casket bearers: Michael Keith, Billy Morrison, Jacob Hatcher, Larry Tweedy, Matthew Moss and Justin Bryant.

She was born Friday, January 5, 1977 in Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County, New York. She was the daughter of the late Shannon McMann Thompson. She died Saturday, April 14, 2012, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 35 years, 3 months, and 9 days.

She attended Tabor Community Church and was a cosmetologist.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her father: Bruce Thompson, Sr. of Columbia, KY

  • Her husband: Joey Keith of Columbia, KY

  • Three daughters: Tessa Prim, Taylor Grant and Keisha Abrell all of Columbia, KY

  • One god daughter: Addison "Addie" Walker of Georgia

  • Two brothers: Howard Prim and Bruce Thompson both of Columbia, KY

  • One sister: Joyce Morrison of Columbia, KY
She was also expecting her first grandchild, Matthew Edward Harrison Moss, in July.
