Houseboat Business Floats Back To Business : NPR Jim Hadley and Majestic Yachts, Inc. Columbia businessman Jim Hadley, CEO of Columbia, Kentucky's Majestic Yachts, Inc., was interviewed again by David Greene on National Public Radio. This time Hadley could give a more optimistic forecast for the houseboat builders in the South Central Kentucky area than was the case during the worst of the downturn which hit his industry three years ago.
