Funeral services are 12pm noon ET/11amCT, Saturday January 27, 2012 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Darrell Estes and Bro. Aaron Snelling officiating. Burial is in the Hustonville Cemetery. Visitation was 5pm-9pmET/4pm-8pmCT, Friday from at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Mark Baxter, Gary Watkins, Billy Baxter, Tommy Wade, Greg Yaden, Mark Yaden, Don Emerson and Adam Luehrman. William Charles (Hoppy) Baxter, Casey Co., KY (1948-2012) He was born Monday, April 12, 1948 in Casey County, KY, He was the son of the late Albert and Zuella Leach Baxter. He passed away Tuesday January 24, 2012 in Lexington, Fayette Co., KY, at the age of 63 years, 9 months, and 12 days. He was a truck driver, member of the McKinney Christian Church and loved Tennessee Walking Horses. Survivors include his beloved wife, Phyllis "Kay" Emerson Baxter, of Stanford, KY, and the following:
