Burial in the Sullivan Family Cemetery, Russell Springs, Kentucky. Visitation is 5pmET-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Lewis Bernard, Mike Mulberry, Joshua Munford, James Rice, and Tony Skaggs. He died Thursday, January 26, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 63 years, 4 months, and 13 days. He professed faith in Christ and attended the Campbellsville Baptist Temple.
