Funeral services at 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. B. C. Gillispie. Burial in the Sullivan Family Cemetery, Russell Springs, Kentucky. Visitation is 5pmET-8pmET/4pm-7pmCT at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Lewis Bernard, Mike Mulberry, Joshua Munford, James Rice, and Tony Skaggs.

Phillip Sullivan was the son of Louise Loy Sullivan and the late George Sullivan. He was born September 13, 1948, in Russell County, Kentucky. He died Thursday, January 26, 2012 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 63 years, 4 months, and 13 days.

He professed faith in Christ and attended the Campbellsville Baptist Temple.

He was a retired construction worker.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Patty Skaggs and husband, Troy of Greensburg and Jennifer Mulberry and husband, Mike of Georgetown, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Mason Skaggs and Kenzie Skaggs of Greensburg, KY; and Nicole Sullivan of Georgetown, KY

  • One great-grandson: Peyton Grubb of Georgetown, KY

  • His mother, Louise Sullivan of Campbellsville, KY

  • One sister, Deborah Munford and husband, Donnie of Campbellsville, KY

  • Three nieces and four nephews: Angela Linville, Hayley Linville, Katie Munford, Bentley Linville, Joshua Munford, Braden Bernard and Lewis Bernard

  • and many other relatives and friends
