David A. Stephens, formerly of Adair Co., KY (d. Jan. 17, 2012)

David Allen Stephens age 81 years of Willwick, OH formerly of Adair County passedaway Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in Ohio.

He was the son of the late Samuel Allen and Lula Keen Stephens of Adair County, KY.



He is survived by his wife Cathy Stephens, and the following:

  • Daughters: Becky of Indianapolis, IN; Cathy of Louisville, KY,Tabatha of Ohio

  • Sons: Chris Stephens and Steven Stephens of Ohio

  • Two brothers: Glenn Stephens of Columbia, KY, and Frank Stephens of Louisville, KY

  • Three sisters: Wanda Ballou and Dinah Bowen of Columbia, KY and Nona Jeffries ofHorse Cave, KY

  • Grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and a host ofother relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers: Lou Ella Henry, ErnestineStephens, Walt Stephens and Sam Stephens.

He was retired.

There will be no funeral service or visitation.
