Tara's destiny to be with the Millers, after all

Happy Ending: Sweet (and frequent) runaway now has a Forever Home. 'She was meant to be my dog,' Vicki Miller says.

Vicki Brock Miller writes:
Well Ed it's me again. My daughter and I went out looking for Tara and found her behind the first house on the first street we turned on off Fairground Street. I guess she was meant to be my dog so she now has a forever home with us. Thanks for all your help. - VICKI BROCK MILLER
