The funeral service will be at 1pmET/12pm noon CT, Friday, December 23, 2011 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Pastor Karen Russell. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT/4pm-7pmCT, Thursday, December 22, 2011 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Brookside Mausoleum, West Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Pallbearers: Bobby Clark, Billy Joe Fudge, Paul Gaines, Joe Hare, Ray Netherland, and Cleve Rice. Honorary pallbearers: Don Grant, Oral Hancock, Michael Lemmon, J.D. Montgomery, Ancil Reynolds, and Buddy Wall. He died at 10:55pmCT, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 79 years, 28 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Columbia-Union Presbyterian Church. He was a retired employee of the Department of Transportation and also a barber.
