Community Ministry offered at Cafe on the Square Community Ministry offers another avenue for getting Christmas to the needy. If you are interested in donating a toy you may contact Eric Overby by email at eric_o_84@hotmail.com or Christina O'Rourke by email at christina.orourke@gmail.com. If you would like to make a cash donation, donate food, clothing, or money you may drop off items at the Cafe on the Square, 212 Public Square Columbia, Kentucky 42728 By Christina O'Rourke With it being that busy time of year again we tend to forget some of the little things. However, sometimes big things begin to edge towards the land of forgetfulness as well. While our cabinets might be well stocked for this season's family and friends, there are those who do not have enough to feed themselves, let alone their children. These people's main concern is putting food on the table and clothing on their backs. There is barely money for food, let alone toys for Christmas. This season please help us by donating food, clothing, toys, and money to help these families have a Christmas. If you are interested in donating a toy you may contact Eric Overby by email at eric_o_84@hotmail.com or Christina O'Rourke by email at christina.orourke@gmail.com. If you would like to donate food, clothing, or money you may drop off items at the Cafe on the Square, 212 Public Square Columbia, Kentucky 42728, in a plastic container located inside the cafe. If you would like to make a cash or gift card donation please contact Eric or Christina to make arrangements, or give it to an associate to put away in a marked envelope. Thank you for donating and remembering others. Merry Christmas! ~CHRISTINA O'ROURKE and ERIC OVERBY This story was posted on 2011-11-29 00:58:48
