Traffic danger Alert: High waters on Abrell Road

Please let the public know that we just received a call that the Abrell Road in District 1 before you get to the Goat Sale, is covered with water, we are currently putting up high water signs, please advise everyone to drive with caution. - LISA LEE, Administrative Assistant,Adair County Judge/Executive Ann Melton's Office, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY.

Water over Abrell Road, Eastern Adair Co., KY

With rain steadily coming down most of the day this pond on Abrell Road had overflown the banks and was over the road. The County has issued an alert to Motorists. At about 1:30pmCT, today, a pickup truck came through the water, and the waterfowl by the lake's nifty little island, seemed to be enjoying it just okay.
