Kathryn Lee Wethington passed away Sunday November 13, 2011 at her home in Adair County. She was 66.

Funeral services are 2pmET/1pmCT, Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Casey Davis officiating. Burial is in Whited Cemetery.Visitation is Monday from 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmCT, at the funeral home.

She was born Wednesday, April 4, 1945 in Casey County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Claxton and Lena Allen Pennington. She died Sunday, November 13, 2011, at her home in Adair County, KY at the age of 66 years, 7 months, and 9 days.

She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robbie Wethington; brother , Joe Pennington; and three sisters, Elizabeth Rose Pennington, Louvina Hamm and Opal Clements.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her husband, Dallon Wethington of Columbia, KY

  • A daughter, Kim (Lee) Monday of Columbia, KY

  • A daughter-in-law: Karen Wethington of Liberty, KY

  • Two brothers: W. C. Pennington of Liberty, KY; and Vernon Pennington of New Albany, Indiana

  • Three sisters, Eugena Clements of La Salle , IL, and Iva Dean Helm and Brenda Goode both of Liberty, KY

  • Four grandchildren: Kendell, Kerry, Kendra, and Kara.
