He was a member of a respected Cumberland Co., KY family, an independent contractor, and a member of Whispering Pines Worship Center

Mr. Ferry Carlos Muse, age 72, of Burkesville, Ky., passed away on Sunday October 30, 2011 at the Monroe County Medical Center in Tompkinsville, KY.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday November 3, 2011 at 1pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY. Burial will follow in the White Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 11amCT, Tuesday, November 1, 2011, until the funeral hour on Thursday.



Mr. Ferry Carlos Muse, Cumberland Co., KY (1938-2011)

He was born in Burkesville, KY, on Monday, September 4, 1939. He was the son of Prentice and Ethel White Muse. He died in Tompkinsville, Monroe Co., KY, on Sunday, October 30, 2011, at the age of 72 years, 1 month, and 26 days.

He was an independent contractor and a member of Whispering Pines Worship Center.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Muse, his sister, Wanda Muse, his nieces, Doris Hayes and Toshia Parrish, his nephew Scotty Hayes.

He is survived by the following:
  • His siblings: German (and Betty) Muse of Rockport, IN., Charles Muse of, Burkesville, KY, Terry Muse of Burkesville, KY, Perry Muse of Burkesville, KY, Jolina "Jody" Rush of Burkesville, KY; and , Lura "Lou" Daniels of Burkesville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • Plus a host of friends
