Fans urged to wave ADAIR off to victories at Scottsville, and hopefully another chance for a 20th State Championship at L.T. Smith Stadium in Bowling Green tonight By Shamarie Claiborne News from ADAIR Band The ADAIR Band leaves from the Band Room, 230 General John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY this morning, Saturday, October 29, 2011, at around 9:35amCT, to start their quest for a 20th State Championship in the State Semi-Finals at Allen County-Scottsville High School, 1545 Bowling Green Road, Scottsville, KY, a journey of just 61.8 miles, 1 hour 9 minutes, according to Google Maps. . These kids have worked so hard this year and have a great show so hopes are high. They start the day in Scottsville at performing at 1:30pmCT in the semi-finals. If ADAIR is in the top 4 scores of semi's they will advance to the final 4 tonight at L.T. Smith Stadium, Avenue of Champions, Bowling Green, KY. A distance of 70.4 miles, 1 hour 22 minutes, from the Raymond Lacy Music room in Columbia, KY, acccording to Google Maps. AAA State Semi-Finals lineup at Allen Co., Scottsville High School Performance Time -High School, Town 11:00amCT -Estilll County High School, Irvine, KY12:00pm NoonCT -BREAK 12:15pmCT -Boyd County High School, Ashland, KY01:45pm NoonCT -BREAK 02:00pmCT -Rowan County High School, Morehead, KYI will try my best to keep everyone posted via CM today! The route out of town is as follows: From the band room to the Adair Veterans Memorial Highway to Burkesville Road/KY 61 South, past Holladay Place and the Columbia Walmart, then West on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.Side note: I would also ask that everyone pray for our safe travel and that the kids do their personal best.
