Silent City has fantastic behind the scenes work

Ernie Bennett, Lee Ann Jessee, the Library staff and the Adair Genealogical Society all deserve credit for keeping heritage of community alive

Mike Watson writes:
The Silent City Tour was a hit once again, largely due to the fantastic leg work by the organizers, all behind the scenes. Ernie Bennett and Lee Ann Jessee and all the staff at the Adair Public Library do so much to encourage us and, with the Adair County Genealogical Society, are instrumental in keeping the heritage of Adair County and Columbia alive and growing. -MIKE WATSON
