William Ormal Wilson, 79, formerly of Adair County, KY, died Monday, October 10, 2011 at his residence in Phoenix, Arizona.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1pmCT,. at Sparksville Baptist Church, 9401 Burkesville Road, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Darrell Landis officiating Burial in Sparksville Baptist Church Cemetery, located beside the church in the Sparksville Community of Adair County, KY. Visitation after 12 Noon CT, Saturday at the church.



William Ormal Wilson, Adair Co., KY (1932-2011)

He was born February 21, 1932, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Garlon and the late Lorena Cole Wilson. He died Monday, October 10, 2011, in Phoenix, Maricopa County, AZ, at the age of 79 years, 7 months, and 20 days.

Survivors include the following:
  • His wife: Mary E. Carroll Wilson of Phoenix, AZ

  • Four grandchildren: Jennifer, Matthew, Rebecca & Adam and five great-grandchildren

  • One sister: Vonnie Page of Somerset, KY

  • Three brothers: Woodrow (Pat) Wilson of Florida, Wallace (Carolyn) Wilson of Illinois, Donnie Glenn (Sharon) Wilson of Somerset, KY
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Mark Wayne Wilson, three sisters and two brothers.
