Alma C. Dalton, 82, passed away Tuesday October 11, 2011 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center..

Funeral services are 2pmET/1pmCT, Saturday October 15, 2011 at Willow Springs United Methodist Church with Bro. Johnnie Maupin and Bro. Otis York officiating. Burial is at Willow Spring Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, October 14, 2011, from 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmCT, and Saturday from 8am-11amET/7am-10amCT, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY and after 12pm noon CT, Saturday, October 15, 2011, at the church.

Alma C. Dalton was born in Casey County, KY on April 24, 1929. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Grace Richardson Foster. She died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 5 months, and 17 days.

She was a former employee of Liberty Sportswear and member of the Willow Springs United Methodist Church.

Survivors include the following:
  • Her husband: Delmer S. Dalton of Danville, KY

  • Four sons: Randy (Shirley) Dalton and Michael (Rita) Dalton both of Liberty, KY; David (Patty) Dalton and Gerald Dalton both of Danville, KY

  • Four daughters: Beverly (James) Redford of Danville, KY; Goldie Wilson (Mark Coleman) of McKinney, KY, Balerie (Rodney) King of Danville, KY; and Lisa (Steve) Combs of McKinney, KY

  • Twenty-two grandchildren; Anthony Redford, Delmer Lee Dalton, Michael Shane Hale, Jarrod Reardon, Bryan King, Justin Dalton, Gorden Dalton, Hunter Combs, Tanner Combs , Chad David Dalton, Rebecca Holt, Melissa Glover, Jacquline Luttrell, Samantha Mayle, Christina Dalton, Carrie Gilpin, Amanda Dalton, Angela Hale, Bridget Roberts, Ashley King, Shelly Dalton, and Kelly Pike ; 2 step-grandchildren, Talana and Siarra Combs

  • Twenty-seven great-grandchildren: Jerry Lee Holt, Sara Holt, Emily Cross, Zachary Glover, Cody Glover, Madison Glover, Tyler Luttrell, Chasity Luttrell, Logan Luttrell, Hannah Redford, Adriana Crockett, Trever Hale, Alissa Pike, Blake Redford, Skylar Redford, Brayder Redford, Xena Cooper, Summer Cooper, Britt Lee Roberts, Kayden Roberts, Steven Cooper, Sky Cooper, Niki Gilpin, Kayla Gilpin, Bradley Dalton , Landon Roberts and Uriah Raniey

  • Two great-great grandchildren: Trinty and Tristin Holt and brother, Alford Foster of Danville, Ky
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Altha Vaught and six brothers, Albert, Willie, Howard, Alger, Alvin and Alva Foster.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
