The funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ruth Bright Arnett will be conducted at 11amCt,, Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main Street, Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Bro. Jerry Lynn Scott and Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 4 until 9 P.M., Wednesday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7 A.M. Thursday until time of the funeral service. Pallbearers: Dickie Nunn, Kenneth Nunn, Josh Arnett, Steven Arnett, Keith Bryant, Wayne Bryant, Winfred Simpson. Mrs. Mary Ruth Bright Arnett, Green County, KY (1929-2011) Mrs. Mary Ruth Bright Arnett was the daughter of the late Victor Bright and Lonnie Caulk Bright. She was born on Saturday, August 31, 1929 in Taylor County, Kentucky and departed this life on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Greensburg, Green County, KY. She was 82 years, 1 month and 11 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker. She united in marriage to Joseph Woodson Arnett on October 15, 1948 who survives. Other survivors include the following:
