Joseph Harold Autry, 58, of Columbia, KY, died Friday, September 23, 2011 at the Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY. The family has chosen cremation and there will be no services at this time.

He was born Tuesday, February 3, 1953, in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY. He was the son of the late John and the late Ada Goldsmith Autry. He died Friday, September 23, 2011in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KY, at the age of 58 years, 7 months, and 20 days.

He was a United States Marine Corps veteran.

Survivors include the following:
    His wife: Barbara Crenshaw Autry of Columbia, KY
  • Two sons: Jason Autry of Peru, IN, John Autry of Louisville, KY

  • Three step-sons: Kenneth Thomas of Louisville, John Thomas of Sellersburg, IN, and Jamie Thomas of Columbia, KY

  • Two daughters: Eva Autry of Peru, IN, and Joyce Autry of Louisville, KY

  • Three step-daughters: Angelina Gillis of Tacoma, Washington, Robin Thomas of Louisville, KY, Amy Bradshaw of Summersville, KY

  • One brother: Bobby Autry of Louisville, KY

  • One sister: Mary Ann Jerrick of Phoenix, AZ

  • Two special friends: Virginia Hook and Lashana Thomas

  • Several grandchildren and other relatives
The family has chosen cremation and there will be no services at this time.
