Stella Louise Kean, 62, Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, August 30, 2011, in Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY.

The Funeral service will be Thursday, September 1, 2011, at 1pmCT, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Randall Cox the officiating clergy. Burial will be in Rexroat Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11amCT, Thursday, September 1, 2011, at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Robert Kean, Jr., Rusty Carter, Jason Weston, Bobby Roll, Jack Hall, and Johnny Kean.


Stella Louise Kean, Russell Springs, KY (1949-2011)

She was born July 5, 1949, in Gravel Switch, KY. She was the daughter of Charles Hall and the late Elsie Moles Hall. She died Tuesday, August 30, 2011, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, a the age of 62 years, 1 month, and 25 days.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Kenneth Hall.

She is survived by her husband, Robert S. Kean, Sr, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • Three children: Ricky Kean, Robert S. Kean, Jr. (Rebecca) all of Russell Springs, KY, and Mickie Lynn Stephens, Franklin, IN

  • Five grandchildren: Jack William Sorrell, Anthony Colton Dowell, Jessie Dakota Dowell, Faith Lynn Kean, Hunter Stephen Lee Kean

  • Father: Charles Hall, Greenwood, IN

  • One sister: Linda Thompson, Indiana

  • One brother: Jackie Hall, Indiana
She was affiliated with the Christian Church and was a Medical Technician.

The Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main ST, Russell Springs, KY, in charge of arrangements.
