Albert Carter age 65 years of Breeding, KY passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 11pmCT, at his home.

Celebration of his life and burial was held on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Old Fudge Cemetery at Breeding, KY.

He was born on Monday, October 15, 1945 in Melbourne, Brevard Co. FL. He was the son of the late Walter Byam Carter and Julia Elizabeth Grant Dearringer. He died Tuesday, August 16, 2011, in Breeding, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 65 years, 10 months, and 1 days.He is survived by the following:
  • His wife: Doris Syfrett Carter of Breeding, KY

  • Two sons: Paul Carter and wife Melissa of Columbia, KY, and John Carter and wife Jennifer Carter of Columbia, KY.

  • One daughter: Cathy Petrey of Breeding, KY

  • One sister: Carolyn Ann Young of Cocoa, FL

  • Ten grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren

  • Great aunt: Frances Carol Strawn of North Carolina

  • Special niece: Alisa ObauOmar of Louisiana

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by one son, Albert Byam Carter III

He was a Horticulturist.Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements
