Bagworms can cover and quickly kill evergreen shrubs About: Stumped by strange looking insect To ColumbiaMagazine.com Dear Ed, Tell Sharon that she definitely does not want to let this bagworm live in her herb garden or anywhere else. These creatures especially like evergreen bushes and will soon cover them and kill them. As I remember, the only solution was to pull them off by hand as soon as possible and to burn them.
