Wacky, Quacky Duck Race tickets go on sale July 30, 2011

Tickets will be sold by the Adair County Youth Football League, as well as at traditional locations at City Hall and at Grimsley Jewelry.

The Columbia/Adair County Parks & Recreation will also be hosting the 5th Annual "Wacky, Quacky Duck Race" on Labor Day, Monday, September 5, 2011.

Prizes this year will be:
  • 1st place: $299 X-Box 360
  • 2nd place: $199 grill
  • and 3rd place: $100 gas card.
Tickets will be $5 each, six for $25, twelve for $50, and thirty for $100 and will be available at City Hall on 116 Campbellsville St., Grimsley's Jewelry, 102 Public Square, Columbia, KY; or from members of the Adair Co. Youth Football League and their events. Tickets will be available starting this Saturday , July 30, 2011, at the Youth Football League Camp at the Adair Co. High School football field, 623 Indian DR, Columbia, KY, from 6pm-9pmCT. Buying Wacky Quacky tickets supports Parks & Recreation and the Youth Football program. -Charles Grimsley
