Yard Sales Tip No. 2: The more you tell, the more you sell

See Tips for Yard Sales Buyers and Sellers. Buyer and seller Tips welcome.

There's a marked uptick in the number of Yard Sale classifieds for the big Fourth of July weekend. That's great for CM. There is a noticeable improvement in the descriptive quality of the sales, and, it appears from a scan that there's higher quality items listed.

This morning we received additional items listings for a sale, which made it a lot more inviting. Because travel is expensive, buyers want to know what's available before going to a yard sale. If you've yet to list your yard sale, remember that The more you tell, the more you sell. List at least the broad ranges of items you have.

CM continuously updates classifieds. We urge early placement of ads, but we understand if it's a last minute listing. Use an Contact/Submit button to list your Yard Sale. Text Yard Sale listings for individuals in Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell , and Taylor Counties, KY, are FREE when Street Number and Street are included for venue locations.
