Great Wooded South Lexicon II: Gob, passel and more Previous Lexicon: Great Wooded South: Lexicon I Next Lexicon: Great Wooded South Lexicon III: Finally, warsh rag, wirehouse By Billy Joe Fudge, Retired Forester Kentucky Division of Forestry Many "from off" locals are continuing to struggle with some words and phrases apparently only found in our very own Great Wooded South Lexicon. In an attempt to reach out to these folks and to our "from here" local younger generation who themselves are experiencing the same difficulties of interpretation, the Great Wooded South's Language Department has decided to occasionally list a few of the more troublesome words and or phrases.
