Hospital, and completed her career at Family Home Health in Adair Co., KY Phyllis Ann Newby, 58, of Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 5:05amET, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY, after an extended illness. The funeral service will be Saturday, April 16, 2011 at 2pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Seibert F. Taylor delivering the eulogy. Visitation after 6pm, Friday, April 15, 2011, at the funeral home. Phyllis Ann Newby, Russell Springs, KY (1952-2011) She was born Sunday, August 17, 1952, in Green Co., KY. She was the daughter of the late Stanley Broddus and Emma Lean Jones Johnson. She died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, in Somerset, Pulaski Co., KY, at the age of 58 years, 7 months, and 26 days. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was a nurse at Westlake Regional Hospital, Russell Co. Hospital and ended her career at Family Home Health in Adair Co., KY.
