Click on headline for story plus photo By Kirby Hancock Adair County High School FFA Advisor An Adair County FFA member, Keisha Moss, made a noteworthy sale of 25 reflective 911 address markers to Louisville Gas & Electric, Magnolia Gas Storage. LGE decided to purchase the signs with a post for their employees at their Magnolia-Center location. The signs were decided upon by the company's Home and Farm Safety Committee. This is the first time since we have been selling the signs that a single FFA member has negotiated a single sale like this. It is also the first corporate purchase we have had which will benefit the company's employees. We have discussed providing signs for the Adair County cemeteries, but no one has yet committed funding for the project. Signs are still $15 and posts are $8. We have Wildcat Blue and Cardinal Red. Price could be negotiated on large purchases. Orders for signs may be placed at Day & Day Feed and Pet, Burton Ace Hardware, M&W Milling, in Columbia, KY, and at Hardscratch General Store in Glens Fork, KY, or by calling the high school at (270) 384-2751.
