Funeral services are 2pmET/1pmCT, Thursday March 31, 2011, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 792 Campbellsville ST, Liberty, KY, by Bro. Hershel Lawhorn. Burial is at Tabernacle Cemetery, 91 Tabernacle Cemetery RD, Adair Co., KY. Visitation is Thursday, March 31, 2011, 10:30amET/9:30amCT until funeral service at McKinney Brown Funeral Home. Pallbearers: Corey Dial, Troy Emerson, Jamie Black, Todd Wilson , Tommy Downey and Dale Wilson. Margarete Beard Neat, Casey Co., KY; Adair Co. native (1916-2011) Born in Adair Co., KY on Wednesday, November 15, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Melvina Neal Beard. She died Tuesday, March 29, 2011, in Liberty, Casey Co., KY, at the age of 94 years, 4 months, and 14 days. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Rollin Neat; son, Michael Neat; five brothers, Hearld, Homer, Claude, Robert and James Beard; and four sisters, Lora Jones, Irene Thomas, Madeline Tarter and Mary Wolford.
