CM will try to announce it in "JAPAN SURRENDERS" headline type, should a PDF become available. How about an audiotape of all the Center Column stories? If you're interested in that, start a movement. In the meantime, ex pats could negotiate with a local operative to pick up a copy of It's Just For A Smile News and have it mailed to them. -EW
