Peggy Ann Darnell Page age 67 years of Burkesville Road, Sparksville Community, Columbia, KY passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at 1:45pmCT at her home.

The funeral service will be Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 10amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY with Bro. Darrell Landis and Bro. Lonny Karnes the officiating clergy. Interment will be in McClister Cemetery, 4126 Fairplay RD, Fairplay, KY. Visitation will be after 3pmCT, at the funeral home.

Peggy Ann Darnell was born in Adair Co, KY, on Wednesday December 29, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Orbra Reed and Euna Reliford Darnell. She died Monday, February 7, 2011, in the Sparksville Community of Adair Co., KY, at the age of 67 years, 1 months, and 9 days. She was the widow of Charles Richard Page who preceded her in death on January 14, 2011.She is survived by the following:
  • Four sons: Rickey Page and wife Cheryl of Nashville, TN; Randy Page and wife Patti of Columbia, KY; Lonnie Page and wife Karren of Columbia, KY; and Jeff Page and wife Mikki of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Jobe Darnell of Columbia, KY

  • Two sisters: Beanie Green of Austin, KY; and Phyllis Curry of Columbia, KY

  • Eight grandchildren: Dustin Page, Joey Page, Megan Harrison, Andrea Page, Brittney Page, Whitney Page, Jeremy Page and Holly Burton

  • Three great Grandchildren: Trenton Page, Jayden Burton and Gavin Harrison

  • And several nieces, nephews and several other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by one grandson Tristan Page on December 18, 1998 and one sister Linda Cooper.

She was a member of Sparksville Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to Vanderbilt Children Hospital Nashville, TN in memory of Tristan Page and may be made at the funeral home.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of funeral arrangements.
