Timothy Reginald Thomas, 40, of Green Co., KY,, died Sunday, January 30, 2011 at his home.

The funeral service will be Monday, February 7, 2011 at 10amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home 200 Campbellsville ST (MAP), Columbia, KY, with burial in Cane Valley Cemetery, Cane Valley Cemetery Rd/CR 1569, (MAP)Visitation will be after 6pmCT, Sunday, February 6, 2011, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home.

Timothy Reginald Thomas was born Thursday, September 20, 1979 in Harvey, Cook Co., IL. He died Sunday, January 30, 2011, in Green Co., KY, at the age of 40 years, 4 months, and 10 days.

He was a former truck driver.

Survivors include the following:
  • His mother: Shirley Mabin Thomas of Green Co., KY

  • His father: Milton Thomas of Markham, IL

  • His wife: Nicole Ward of Newark, California

  • Two sons and three daughters: Timothy Reginal II, Isaiah, Jazmin, Tanzyha & Ja'la Thomas all of California

  • One brother: Eugene Thomas of South Chicago Heights, IL

  • Two sisters: Sherlynn Mickey of Illinois, Tondalaya Henry of Lansing, MI

  • Several other relatives and friends
